All orders are fully guaranteed for delivery of quality prints and products up to 30 days after shipping date.
If there are issues with the print or product not being as advertised, please contact us and we will work to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Most of our products are printed on-demand, which means items are printed only after they are ordered and we do not carry a printed inventory for them. Because of the nature of these on-demand printed products, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds. If for whatever reason, you feel there was an error on our part or if the item is damaged, please contact us and submit a claim via our contact page. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. When applicable, please send a picture of the error so we can isolate the issue and resolve it internally. are exempt from being returned.
